Nice to Meet you!
I have been in HR for 17 years, most of which has been spent on changing it. I strongly feel that work should be a source of fulfillment and encouragement for everyone, and that HR is in a position to make that happen, but we must change how we work in a radical way!
Having been through many highs and lows throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to find meaning in all of it. Seeing firsthand the impact workplaces can have on an individual, a team, and an organization has lit a spark to redefine HR to be centered around setting employees up for success.
I have worked across every function within HR, supporting employees at every level from front-line staff to C-suite, even HR! And, I am an employee, and a human, just like you; someone who simply wants to use her skills for the greater good without the unnecessary and detrimental heaviness, anxiety and dread of the common workplace; someone with friends, family, hobbies, pets and fears, anxieties and worries, just trying to succeed like everyone else. I get it. I see you. I know better is possible.
That’s why I started Radical HR Strategies, LLC! A strategic, yet non-traditional HR consulting practice that brings the *new* HR and business closer together to achieve business results and create empowering working environments, setting everyone up for success. I know, it sounds impossible, but I have done it before and want others to experience the same success.
